Patient's Carrier Eligibility Check
It's our pre-requisite to check each patient's eligibility each month to make sure they are eligible for services before your employees provide direct care. If the patient is not eligible, your reimbursement will be delayed or the claim will not be paid at all. In this case, we will search to find where the patient is enrolled and when he/she moved to the new carrier. By providing this service, we are saving both your company, as well as our own, time and effort in completing claims submissions.
